Well, i have to say that things turned out pretty well. Granted, being a waiter payed really well but i was tired of it. So when i came here, to Provo, i vowed not to work in the food industry. I was scared that it wouldn't work out but i stayed the course. And i hit the jack pot!!
I love being a ref! i don't have any pictures of me working because, well, why would i?

This is me in my jacket. the jacket is amazing! and this picture doesn't due it justice.

this is my shirt. i like it too. i also got a yellow flag, ball marker, and two whistles, which i get to keep ;) ( i know it is a little nerdy, but so am it).
To give you a taste of why i love it, i was reffing girls flag football. girl on team A was running with the ball. Girl on team B reaches for her flag and pulls, getting a little bit of Team A girl's shorts. Team A girl stands up and says, "
OOOO, she fixed my wedgie". i laughed my head off.
anyway, i am having a blast. go me!!!

I laughed my head off too - you look sharp and thanks for a couple of nice shots of you for the calendar - sorry I'm in that mode right now -
So fun that you have a job that you love!
I am not sure I really enjoyed the story, but glad you have a job you like.
Glad you like it- Grant and I always thought that refing would be sweet. You're getting paid to play around, who wouldn't love that job!?!
Yeah, I wasn't sure where you were going with that story, but it turned out funny :)
I wish I was a ref...not of girls flag football but of some marriage-appropriate sports :)
Hah, I would have thrown in a few more examples of why you love your job for good measure, but w/e :) I really want to see you ref. Sorry we missed you :-/
